Welcome to RareCandy Collectibles (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases you make through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• All products listed are authentic and sourced from legitimate suppliers, including official distributors worldwide.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, print runs, and condition may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders where stock is unavailable.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery times depend on location and the shipping method chosen.
• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays or issues beyond our control.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to incorrect addresses.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Mystery packs, sealed collectibles, and blind boxes are non-refundable once opened, due to the nature of collectible randomness.

• Most cards are Near Mint (NM) or better. Older or vintage cards may range from Lightly Played (LP) to Moderately Played (MP), as described in product listings.
• We do not guarantee specific pulls or outcomes from sealed packs.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly.
• Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns (see Returns and Refunds section).

• RareCandy Collectibles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, courier delays, or third-party errors.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

All content on this website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned or licensed by RareCandy Collectibles. No part of this site may be reproduced or distributed without permission.
