Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unopened condition with all seals intact
  • Original packaging and any included materials must be present
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or tampered sealed products
  • Products with damaged or missing original seals
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Pack items securely and ship using the provided return label or tracking method.

Refund Policy

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@rarecandycollectibles.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect

We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
