Rare Candy Collectibles is committed to delivering your TCG products safely and efficiently. All our sealed products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Business days only: Processing and delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Delivery

Express Shipping

  • • 2-3 business days
  • • £12.99 flat rate

Packaging & Protection

We understand the importance of protecting the integrity of sealed TCG products. Our packaging protocol includes:

  • Protective Materials: All items are wrapped in bubble wrap or protective sleeves
  • Secure Boxing: Products are placed in appropriately sized boxes with padding
  • Seal Verification: We verify all seals before packaging to ensure authenticity
  • Fragile Handling: Special care for booster boxes, display cases, and premium products

Processing Time

Standard Orders

1-2 business days processing time

Note: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Large Orders (5+ Items)

2-3 business days processing time

Delivery Areas

Domestic Shipping (US)

We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

Currently available to Canada. International shipping rates and customs fees apply. Delivery time: 7-14 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

Delivery Issues

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund within 48 hours.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 24 hours then contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier.
